Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport based Helicopter Specialties, Inc. has delivered a new H125 completion to Bering Air of Nome, Alaska.
The completion included custom avionics equipment, installation of mission-specific equipment and a custom paint job. This new helicopter will be part of Bering Air’s fleet that provides passenger and cargo flights to 32 communities along the northwest coast of Alaska.
Helicopter Specialties is an Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certified Repair Station with 24 helicopter models on its FAA repair station certificate, including Airbus, Bell, Enstrom, Robinson, Leonardo and MD Helicopters. The company is also authorized to service Safran, Honeywell/Lycoming and Rolls-Royce engines.
