PHI Air Medical has announced the expansion of its strategic partnership with Flight Vector. Currently, PHI Air Medical utilizes FV Flight Operations to facilitate communication for fixed, rotor, and ground assets through a variety of systems, including tracking and dispatching. By expanding utilization of Flight Vector offerings, PHI Air Medical will simplify more tasks to allow its clinicians to better serve patients.

“We are excited to expand our partnership with Flight Vector” said Jordan Lewis, Vice President, Supply Chain at PHI Air Medical. “This expansion not only reinforces our commitment to providing exceptional service, but also underscores our dedication to efficiently meeting the evolving needs of our customers.”

For PHI, the expanded utilization of FV Flight Operations will consolidate thirteen internal software systems and reduce the potential for data entry errors. This integration will centralize flight and safety quality information, enhancing Operational Control Center and Communications visibility. Accordingly, dispatch efficiency will increase, and aircraft tracking will improve.

“Flight Vector is thrilled about this developing partnership with PHI Air Medical,” said Scot Cromer, Founder & CEO of Flight Vector. “This collaboration will enable us to constantly work toward improving performance and capabilities of medical air transport together and keeping the safety of patients at the core of what we do.” For Flight Vector, the usage of our complete software solution will provide all of our customers with additional input from the PHI team, increasing our capabilities in the market. “We are proud of our partnership with Flight Vector and look forward to furthering our innovation over the coming years,” said Jordan Lewis. “For years, PHI has been an industry leader and Flight Vector shares our dedication to safety, making them the ideal partner as we look forward.
